NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 15th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Unit A, Building 2937, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Office Records Book 5148, Page 1514, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 116-120, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
