NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-003798 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GULF BREEZE RESORTS, INC.etc., is the Plaintiff, amd CULVER K. WASHINGTON, et al., are Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on May 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
