NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-007419-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JUNE ANDERSON A/K/A JUNE DAVIDSON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROLAND MARGESON DAVIDSON A/K/A ROLAND MARGESON DAVISON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE ANDERSON A/K/A JUNE DAVIDSON, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Estate of Roland Margeson Davidson aka Roland Margeson Davison, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 2, SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 20 AND 21,PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
