NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-010075 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and ELSIE L DEWEY, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, FRED DEWEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELSIE L. DEWEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, BERT DEWEY, JENNIEANNE GREENE, ANNETTE HARTMAN, N/K/A NANCY TOTH UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST ELSIE LANK DEWEY, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNETTE HARTMAN N/K/A ROBERT HARTMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERT DEWEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED DEWEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIEANNE GREENE N/K/A STEVE GREENE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Elsie Lank Dewey, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA: LOT 31, BLOCK 2, MELROSE FIRST ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
