NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-004402-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and MATTHEW MORACA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW MORACA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A MIKE MANN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A LISA MANN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 78, SEMINOLE WOODLANDS FOURTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 14 and 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
