NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-005116-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is Plaintiff and WILLIAM FARRIS, DANIEL J. FITZPATRICK, MARY C. FITZPATRICK F/K/A MARY ROTKIS, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, BRENTWOOD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
