YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 809, THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14267, Page 2605, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1222 S. Missouri Ave. #809, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 5-25-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
