NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-008528-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN A OWENS AKA KATHLEEN OWENS; PAUL E OWENS AKA PAUL OWENS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA MELISSA WOOD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PART OF LOT 4, AND ALL OF LOT 5, HULL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5, HULL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5, A DISTANCE OF 130.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5 AND THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 4, SAID HULL'S SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 103.80 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 134.06 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, SAID POINT BEING 10.00 FEET WESTERLY OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 4 AND 5, A DISTANCE OF 70.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND TOGETHER WITH A 1/2 VACATED ALLEY LYING TO THE SOUTH.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
