NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Apartment Unit No. 54, “G” Southeast Wing, Building No. B-27, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 23, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 24, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 3908, Page 75 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and further described as 2466 Ecuadorian Way, #54, Clearwater, FL 33763.
at public sale, on the 28th day of May, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
