THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 309, OF CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AND THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, TERMS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5633, PAGES 2053 THROUGH 2082, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 110 AND 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed agaisnt you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 5-25-2015/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
