NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 7, 2015 in Civil Case No. 08-8767-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF LXS 2005-7N is Plaintiff and GRAND VENEZIA COA, INC., UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION , MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ALTERNA MORTGAGE CO., MARIUS SMOOK, LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST NO. 2715-729 DATED JULY 14, 2005, MARIUS SMOOK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 729, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, a condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14030, Pages 1368 through 1486, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium, as set forth in said Declaration, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
