NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 08-012949-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST MARK CORNISH WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, BAYWAY ISLES HOMEOWNERS CLUB INC , GERALDINE ANTONIA CORNISH, TAMMY WALLS DEAN, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE ANTONIA CORNISH, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK CORNISH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 35, Block 1, Bayway Isles Unit 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 80 and 81 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
