NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-011200-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and ANDREW C. WELLS; THE BOULEVARD ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A THE BOULEVARD CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A THE BOULEVARD CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CSGA, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HOUSEHOLD BANK, AN INACTIVE LLC; CSGA, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK UNIVERSAL, AN INACTIVE LLC, are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING 4, THE BOULEVARD CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGES 27 THROUGH 33, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4770, PAGE 223 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF.
