HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ERIC D. SARINE; VENETTA SARINE; TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL E SARINE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A LEE ANN SARINE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 5/22/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
