DENNIS N/K/A JEANNE DENNIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 5/29/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 17-1718 OF TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13844, PAGES 1800 THROUGH 1904, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 85 THROUGH 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
