Final Judgment was awarded on April 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-004555-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and PINEHURST VILLAGE, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD D. BATEMAN, DECEASED; MICHAEL BATEMAN; PINEHURST VILLAGE INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, N/K/A, JEFF WELLS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

D, BUILDING 16, OF UNIT VII, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MERGER AND SURVIVING DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4488, PAGE 1740, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATE OF MERGER AND AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATIONS OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10092, PAGE 1212, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMERLY KNOWN AS UNIT V, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4427, PAGE 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
