NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004860-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANGELINA GRECO AND ARIEL ALFONSO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on August 24, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 634, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8252, PAGE 2922, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM, BOOK 37, PAGE 50 THROUGH 841, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
