NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 29th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018380-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST, 2013-I-H-R is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY JOHN O'BRIEN A/K/A TIMOTHY J. O'BRIEN A/K/A TIMOTHY O'BRIEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY JOHN O'BRIEN NKA TATIANA O'BRIEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA HOLLY NORRIS; THE PALMS VILLA RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2-302 OF THE PALMS VILLA RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8484 AT PAGE 3269, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
