Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 48-2010-CA-021092-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST SERIES 2005-A1 is the Plaintiff, and JAN R. GOUDY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAN R. GOUDY; ROBERT L. GOUDY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT L. GOUDY; BAY HILL VILLAGE CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 86, BAY HILL VILLAGE SOUTH AND EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3462, PAGE 1869, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION AS AMENDED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
