NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005284-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2006-NC2, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-NC2 is the Plaintiff and LISA APIKOS; THOMAS APIKOS; COURTYARDS PHASE TWO HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; ERROL ESTATE PROPERTY OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A WILL FONSECA, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A ASHLEY CARDONA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/11/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
