Whitehead also known as Margaret White Whitehead, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 31st of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 152 OF COLONNADES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1987 SOUTHERN ROAD CRAFT MOBILE HOME BEARING IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS FH277049A86 AND FH277049B86 AND TITLE NUMBERS 0050475826 AND 0050475827.
