NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in 2015CA-001595-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and RICHARD P. SCHNEIDER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
