NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10003752CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JOANNE M. KUIVILA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY , are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 28 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
