NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000114-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and RICHMOND BROOKS; WENDY BROOKS; CROWN POINTE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; KENNETH KELLY INDIVIDUALLY AND D/B/A KELLY ROOFING, L.L.C.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 26 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, CROWN POINT EAST, A SUBDIVISION LYING IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 37 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
