Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Collier County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT B OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 25 TRACT 21 REPLAT LOT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 9 & 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on August 26, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
