IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Uniform final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure together with that Order on Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Manatee County will sell the property described in the attached Exhibit “A”, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 8, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.

Parcel 2:
Begin at the NW corner of Section 16, Township 27 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 89Ëš 45' 04” E, along the North line of said Section 16, a distance of 660.07 feet; thence S 00Ëš06'34” W, parallel with the West line of said Section 16, and 660 feet therefrom a distance of 343.27 feet; thence S 89Ëš42'24” W, 330.04 feet to a point on the West line of that certain parcel described in Official Records Book 549, page 387, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 00Ëš06'34” E parallel with said West line of Section 16 and 330 feet therefrom, a distance of 26.00 feet; thence S 89Ëš47'44' W, 330.03 feet to a point on said West line of Section 16, thence N 00Ëš06'34'” E, along said line, 317.27 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
