NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 28, 2015 in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby, in the Clerk's Office of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of AUGUST, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 1203, Building 1, Phase 1, Vanderbilt Place Condominium, a Condominium according to the declaration thereof recorded in O.R. Book 3624, Page 2761, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
