NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of November, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situated and being in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
LOT 568, BLOCK A- RE-SUBDIVISION OF RIVERDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 25, 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ADDRESS: 315 41st Street NE, Bradenton, Florida 34208.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2013-CA-000388 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
