NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2013CA007269 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, in trust for registered holders of Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-WMC1, Plaintiff, and, ROBERT DOEBERL, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 15th day of September, 2015, the following described property:
BEING AS PART OF LOTS 7, 8, 9 &. 10, BLOCK B, COLONIAL HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK B; THENCE SOUTH 130 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 70 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
