NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-09501-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein , U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-2N, is Plaintiff and VENTURA FLORES, et.al., are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 24 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 280, UNIT 8, PART 2, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 107 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 2936 44TH STREET SOUTHWEST, NAPLES, FL 34116
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
