NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2014-CA-004639 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 8th day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3024, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 14 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
