NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000775 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and GEORGE C. TAYLOR III, PALMETTO POINT CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE C. TAYLOR III, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of September, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 551, 552, 553, and 554, Palmetto Point Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 124, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
