YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit Week No. 35 in Condominium Parcel No. 211V, together with an undivided interest in the common elements of VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in the Official Records Book 968 Page 1016 through 1032, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
