HOLDERS OF THE NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- FM1, is the Plaintiff and LILLIE HERNANDEZ; ROGELIO GARCIA, JR. A/K/A ROGELIO GARCIA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPT. OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; DISCOVER BANK; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants.
