DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JUDY E. METZ, is defendant. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 37, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
