LEWIS; SHARON ERLANDSON are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 15, OF UNIT 4 LEHIGH ESTATES SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
