VALLE A/K/A TONY J. VALLE AND TARA M. VALLE, HUSBNND AND WIFE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.,AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. D/B/A LENDING TREE LOANS; OAK CREEK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-SL5, MORTGAGEBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SL5; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAULA S O'NEIL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 238 OF OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
