Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment and Award of Attorneys' Fees entered October 29, 2014 and an Order Granting Plaintiff VFC Partners 23 LLC's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered July 22, 2015, the Clerk of Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by Electronic Sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on September 9, 2015, the following-described property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment and Award of Attorneys' Fees:
Lot 5, and those portions of Lots 3, 4, and 6, CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 23, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, all more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 23, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, for a point of beginning; Thence North 00Ëš 14' 06" East along the West boundary of stated Lot 5 a distance of 155.01 feet; thence North 89Ëš 37' 45" West a distance of 100.00 feet to the West boundary of stated Lot 6; thence North 00Ëš 14' 06' East along the West boundary of stated Lot 6 a distance of 89.63 feet to a point on a curve, said point being on the South right-of-way boundary of Channel “H”; thence on an arc to the right a distance of 65.80 feet, with a radius of 422.95 feet subtended by a chord of 65.73 feet, chord bearing South 87Ëš 57' 09" East to a point of tangency; thence South 83Ëš 29' 45" East along the South right-of-way boundary of Channel “H”, a distance of 309.95 feet; thence South 06Ëš 30' 15" West a distance of 54.93 feet; thence North 89Ëš 37' 45" West a distance of 68.74 feet; thence South 00Ëš 14' 06" West a distance of 155.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way boundary of West Crenshaw Street; thence North 89Ëš 37' 45" West along said North right-of-way line a distance of 199.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said lands being formerly described as Condominium Units 1 through 20 inclusive, of Building No. 1 and Annex Units A, B, C, & D, of CIP, Condominium One, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 43, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as filed in OR Book 2820, Page 333, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY LIENHOLDER CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUND FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
