NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-015616, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and CHARLES D. HENDRY, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES D. HENDRY, JR. IF ANY; STEPHANIE M. HACKLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE M. HACKLEY IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of August, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 13, BAY CREST PARK UNIT NO. 10 A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND A PORTION OF LOT 20, BLOCK 13, BAY CREST PARK UNIT # 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF AFOREMENTIONED LOT 20, RUN NORTH 39 DEG. 28'14” WEST 38.18 FEET; THENCE NORTH 50 DEG. 31'46” EAST 36.23 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 04 DEG. 01'46” WEST 52.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
