NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, THE VILLAGES OF OAK CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 24th day of July, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on Septemeber 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 56, Block 8, Parkway Center Single Family Phase 2B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 96 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association 8706 Sandy Plains Drive, Riverview, Florida 33578 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
