NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-027126 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIAITON, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSETT-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18, Plaintiff, and COURTNEY C. BENNETT; KAREN L. BENNETT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FLANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; CHEVAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 10, CHEVAL POLO AND GOLF CLUB, PHASE FOUR, AVENUE AVIGNON, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF; RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
