NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-009675 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-13 is the Plaintiff and Daniel Manrique Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Daniel Manrique, Jr.; Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; Kathy Manrique; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 27th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
