Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 27, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 19, SUN CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1996 BROOKLYN MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) 2G6112181A AND 2G6112181B.
and commonly known as: 2407 STUDIO BLVD, RUSKIN, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on September 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
