LOT 11, BLOCK 109, REVISED MAP OF TOWN OF WIMAUMA, LESS NORTH 10 FEET FOR COUNTY UTILITY RIGHT-OF-WAY USE; ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 136, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5304 HILLSBOROUGH ST, WIMAUMA, FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on September 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
