NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-CA-020161 DIV. M of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York for the benefit of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and Olga Garcia; Amberly Oaks Townhomes Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, AMBERLY OAKS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 264-268, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
