NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-014879 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Janitza Martinez; Unknown Spouse of Janitza Martinez; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 31st day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 182 AND 183 AND THE NORTH HALF OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH, OF SOUTH WILMA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLABOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
