NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2010-CA-009989, in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1 WITHOUT RECOURSE, is Plaintiff, and Enoch Colon; Gail Colon; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union and Wyndham Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc., Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block 2, Wyndham Lakes Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page(s) 35-1 through 35-6, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
