Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-016752, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JEANETTE F. HOOD, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AS NOMINEE FOR SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAMUEL ANGUS HOOD A/K/A WILLIAM N. HOOD A/K/A DANIEL A. HOOD; WILLIAM BRYAN HOOD A/K/A B R HOLT; JENNIFER LYNN ELLIS A/K/A JENNIFER L. BREWER A/K/A JENNIFER L. HOOD; WILLIAM N. HOOD; BRYAN W. HOOD; ANTHONY E. HOOD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 1, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, PHASE 1, UNIT 1, CYPRESS VIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
