Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-004349 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA E. BIANCO A/K/A PATRICIA BIANCO, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DEANA BIANCO; GEORGE D. BIANCO, JR.; DEANNA MARIE WHITE F/K/A DEANNA MARIE BIANCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 1, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 31.14 FEET OF LOT 5, ALL OF LOT 6, BLOCK D, OF WHITEWAY TERRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
