NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CC-033559 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein VILLAGE COVE TOWNHOUSES, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MINNIE L. FOSTER; JACQUELINE SHIRLEY; VALERIE FOSTER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18th day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 13813, VILLAGE COVE TOWNHOUSES, a Condominium, according to Declaration dated August 28, 1980, and recorded in Official Record Book 3698, Page 727, and Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 11, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in all common elements appurtenant thereto.
A/K/A: 13813 Mill Cove Circle, Tampa, FL 33618
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
